Well firstly you are a totally hot package so don't put yourself down, I saw your posts on fashion advice and I really admire your self-improvement arc and your genuine determination to improve, your fashion sense is great and getting better, and you can only improve faster by laying it all out and exposing yourself to honest but sometimes harsh constructive criticism.
How I would improve your pictures is as follows:
#1: I like the pose and the outfit. The contrast though is all wrong, the sky is too bright and you are unfortunately standing in front of a dark tree that blends with your coat. Try digitally altering the contrast etc to make "you" the focus but better, retake. Take pictures at dusk or on cloudy day for better lighting.
#2: The opposite, the background and contrasts are really great, very restful and calming scene, outfit is great but I don't like your pose, adjusting your tie seems a bit approval-seeking. You could however have someone else (a guy friend) adjusting your tie, the photographer at my wedding had my groomsmen do this (although it was already perfect) and this gave us some great shots of my preparation for the big moment.
#3: I wouldn't use this, the background is a bit old-lady and the outfit IMO nothing special but this may be the presentation speaking, so don't take my word as gospel.
#4: I love this one. But could you digitally edit it to put a Playboy playmate under each arm? This would fill the empty spaces and also make you look a bit less like a loner PUA

#5: Redundant b/c #4 and I don't like that u can see the food.
In general put fewer pictures and try to have one of you surrounded by guy friends (I don't have many guy friends at least not ones who know each other so I know how challenging this can be) and one of you doing an adventure sport or fitness activity or just something interesting... also read Chase's article on POF and consider using something of you with a girl but almost all of that girl cropped out... hahaha
Hope that helps. Good stuff bro I'm sure you'll get results with some minor tweaks
cheers, Ray
Edit: In the POF article u will see that better results are obtained by not looking in the direction of the camera. Also I'd go easy on the shades, girls want to check out your eyes of course.
