Re-opening after a week and a half

Hello gents,

In my previous post (viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5925), I talked about how I got a girls number (please read it first for the whole background).

That was on Thursday the 10th, and I would have invited her over for Friday, but we were both leaving for Spring break and we both live in different states. So I said when we're back we should get together.

Spring break is over now and I'm headed back to school tomorrow. Is there a good way to handle openings from before an extended break? If so, how should I go about it?

I have also not had any contact with her, so whatever I text to her is going to be the first thing she's hearing from me.

Just ask her if she did anything interesting over spring break and then say something like, "So Julie, how about we grab that bite to eat we talked about before, what's your schedule look like?"

Keep it casual and low pressure.

Also, in my other linked post, what's your take on the fact that I texted her after she gave me her number, but didnt hear back from her? Nothing to worry about, or indicator that she was just humoring me?
