So I met a girl in a retail store about 3 weeks ago. I approached her by commenting that I liked her scarf and then proceeded to ask about her (was she from around here, how she likes it, etc.) The problem however was that I was actually legitimately busy, I was on my way to work, and couldnt talk to her after waiting in line. So, I asked her for her number and said I'd like to talk to her more (I probably should have proposed a date, but day game is still new to me) and when I got to work I texted "it was nice meeting you, Name
" to which she replied "The pleasure was all mine
"
After work I started to text her and I don't know if I was tired or what, but I didn't really say anything interesting and the conversation stalled. I sort of forgot about this girl the next day and haven't texted her since.
However, I'm curious, is there any way I could try reengaging someone in this kind of situation? My guess is that its a lost cause but Ive started to enjoy the process of trying to meet women and would like to test myself.
Thanks in advance!
