Hi GUys,

Before i dived in, let me say here that lessening "dementia" here is just an idea, and there's no scientific research to back what i write here. What i learn is that the brain is not a computer, It's a learning machine. I find this will help you curb arrogance, ego and overconfidence.

Now you may have heard of a lot of the older guys whom have "primadonna" attitudes, some guys who are overconfident because the girls they date like them and somehow "things are not the same" now. A given example outside of dating would be where you applied everything correctly, but then things doesn't go as well. Like a football team who has won everything but then the next season, they fumble, not because they work less harder, but they just could not go at the same level.

Here's what i found. Your Process/Thoughts are like Clothes. They get dirt. They need to be wash, refresh, and sometimes you might need a new one.

I find this to be highly true. Successful people sometimes replicate their success only once they going bankrupt. Does it mean that you have to wait till 30 girls reject you, then you realize that your process needs to be wash, refresh if you're good? No, But you need to

1) Know what your process is. (Knowing what your process is. and in a way, the starting part of gathering "process" is always hard until you do the action and momentum rolls in.)

2) Know the sequence of the steps/process

3) Know why you do the sequence of the steps/process

LEarn the process, and do it. You will fail and other people will be better, but always know your results. Have a graph or something where you know your own stats. People say you do better when you compete with yourself. and in order to do that, you need to gauge your stats and results over a period of time. You don't want to always wash and refresh your "thoughts"/"process" because of one or two failures. And when you're already used to success you expect, sometimes you really cry and feel sad because you need to refresh things. IT's better to cry, than using your ego and demand from people. :)

I think there's an article on "Sticking Point", Do check that out too. :)
