Day 2 Posture Assignment.
Update. Since i lagged it on the day i was suppose to go, i decided to go yesterday.
This is posture assignment.
I am suppose to pay attention other people's posture and see what kind of impression I get from them.
Then I fix my posture (shoulders back, chest out, and head parallel to the ground) and see how people react differently to my new posture.
As I walked from the parking lot to the mall. I noticed some dude about my age with his shoulders rolled forward and hands in his pockets.
The impressions I got was that he was not very comfortable in his own skin. It made him look nervous.
And ironically that is how I walked aswell. It made me take note that my posture was probably giving out that same impression.
As i made my way into the mall i noticed a cute girl wearing really small shorts and white tanktop.
She was on her phone and looked like she was in a hurry because she was walking pretty quickly.
As i walked around there was some people who were walking fast and some that were walking slow.
The impression I got was that the people walking fast looked less relaxed than the people who were walking slow.
The impression i got from the people walking slow, seemed like they were more relaxed and just enjoying their time in the mall.
I also noticed that I walk really quickly. I did not really pay attention to my walk speed before. I was indeed nervous because I am not used to going out. (I'm literally a caveman and stay at home all day but that will change haha)
I also noticed that I look around alot, and make sharp quick movements as if i am being hunted down. My mom pointed that out to me one day. She told me i looked scared and uneased.
I was defeinitely anxious but i still kept walking through the mall.
I fixed my posture (shoulders out, chest out, and head parallel to the floor.)
I felt a difference when i walked with better posture.
I felt more powerful and confident and felt more open unlike my usual posture.
When people was walking towards me I still got a bit nervous, and when they were coming my way i tried not to move but sometimes they didn't eithier so i kinda had to move to one side.
I slightly bumped into someone aswell haha
I still had the habit of walking fast and looking around and making really sharp quick movements but I am going to work on that.
I made my way to an H&M brainstorming on what clothes I can wear. I'm going to read Chase's article on fashion.
Check it out if you haven't. It is an awesome article on clothes.

As i browsed around the clothes I noticed there was a full body mirror. I did not realize how shitty I looked haha
I had a baggy t-shirt which made me look flabby and non muscular.
Dirty bulky shoes that seemed to big for me.
Also my jeans were sagging haha
I realized the importance of fundamentals! haha
I haven't shave either and since i'm tan it made me look dark and dirty.
My hair was all messy.
I looked like a semi modernized caveman haha
I made my way out the store and there was a person i noticed that stood out from the crowd.
He was well dressed, nice haircut, shaven, walked slow, and his posture was solid.
It once again reminded me the importance of fundamental and how clothes, haircut, and posture can make you look more sharper and give off a sexier vibe to women.
There was also girl i spotted when i entered the guess store.
I thinked she worked there.
She was wearing a very tight black jeans with heels and a blue shirt on. She had a very sexy walk swayed her hips really well. The impression i got was that she was confident in her own skin.
That was my day 2 assignment. I learned a few things when doing this assignment.
First was that I got out the house haha because I don't really do that.
I learned that the importance of fundamentals.
Clothes, slow movements, posture does make a difference.
