LR- Japanese Tourist (SDL)
I have decided to post some of my lays from this year. I discovered Game around 2016-17 and have been actively Gaming since 2017. Basically did only direct Daygame until recently. I started posting on the boards of GC very recently but discovered the site at the end of last year. So this lay occurred in early March just before we all went into lockdown.
Background
At this point I had grown tired of going direct and playing the hard numbers game and I felt I was not progressing as the ratio of approaches to lays/dates had kind of remained the same for quite a while and I could get sex, if I just put in the numbers. Also I wanted to develop a more versatile Game to approach girls who were stationary and in tighter situations than just street stops or street approaches. I was still running direct game but was trying to tone it down and was experimenting with not opening with a direct statement of interest.
To carry out these changes I had also started frequenting some tourist spots in the city in order to take advantage of the many tourists milling around in a leisurely state in these areas. I had also been testing a new opening routine where I open with asking her to take a pic of me, which always led to compliance and then transitioning off that topic after she took the pic. This routine had led to me taking a Mexican tourist from the exact same area home just 10 days ago until LMR raised its ugly head and I had to settle for just some foreplay. That was still running through my head as I finished University and was going back home. As I passed the tourist spot on the tram I felt the urge to get off and approach as it was a nice sunny evening and building up to a great sunset. So I got off the tram and spotted a cute Asian girl with pink coloured hair who was taking selfies and videos with her phone on a selfie stick.
The Open
I entered her peripheral vision and took some pics of the beautiful view without looking at her. I then moved in a little closer and then when she was within ear shot I just looked up and opened with asking her to take a pic of me. She of course agreed and I gave her my phone and she took a few pics of me and asked me to check if I liked them, I replied saying “I am sure they are great as you seem to be an expert at taking pics and selfies for Instagram” pointing to her selfie stick and phone. She chuckled and said yeah and did not really respond much.
The Transition
I checked the pics she had taken and said “They are good but I don’t really care much because I live here and I have many pics of me standing here, but this place looks so damn beautiful that most of the times when I come here I feel like taking a picture. It’s so majestic”.
(This is a transition I had developed as it quickly conveys some important things. 1) that I am not a tourist and that I live here and 2) that the pic was not that big of a deal for me . 3) kind of paces her reality as most of the tourists are awestruck by the beauty of this spot.
(Conveying these factors makes it easier to then just forget about the pics and easily take the conversation elsewhere.)
She then responded saying she envied me for living here and I performed a cold read of her nationality and got it right, she was Japanese. I then talked about Japan and about travelling and living away from family and I quickly realized she was trying to break away from her conservative Japanese upbringing and trying to embrace western culture. She was travelling solo across Europe. She told me she had a reservation for dinner at a restaurant which was close by and I suggested that we walk together as I was walking that way as well.
Seeding the meetup for drinks
During the walk I joked around and did a bit of light teasing and used some assumptions and made sure to hold strong eye-contact, all things I was working on. But I did not really pay her any compliment or overtly express interest through my verbals. The more we spoke and I joked and teased her the more she became animated and started to hold more eye contact and I could sense that she was interested. I told her about some local pubs and when she told me she had not been to them I said it would be a shame that she would miss out on these. I then followed up by saying if she was here till the weekend I would have shown her around as I was busy till then. (I wanted to later say, as an afterthought that maybe I could make some time tonight and then ask if she wants to visit a local pub.)
I spoke about tattoos and mentioned how I find some kinds of tattoos on girls attractive and she told me she would love to get a tattoo but that her parents would be livid and that she plans to do so after she moves to Canada. She then mentioned that she sometimes puts on some temporary tattoos which she finds make her look sexy (she was jumping through my hoop and was qualifying herself to me). We vibed a bit more and finally as we came to the restaurant she was supposed to dine at, I suggested that maybe we could meet 3 hours from now as I would try to finish my work by then and that I could show her a pub near my house. The Meetup
We exchanged some texts in the interim and after a few hours we met up at the tram station near my house and as she had promised she had a sexy tattoo on her neck. This was a turning point for me in my journey in Game and made me think more about reducing the directness of my approach and instead concentrate my efforts on hooking girls socially first and giving myself more time to display my personality and attractive traits. And that is the journey I am on now.
