Hi Guys,

"Scientific American Healthy Aging Brain". Page 168

More than one hundred years of research shows that having a healthy social life is vital to staying mentally and physically healthy. Overall, social support increases survival by some 50 percent. and having real-life and complex social networks increased survival rates by 91 percent, concluded the authors behind a new meta analysis covering more than 300,000 participants across all ages.

Perhaps this is why irritating people tend to live longer. Too endorse in complicated stuff. (HAHA!! joking here.) Here's another one.

And socializing protects your brain. Harvard School of Public Health researchers found evidence that elderly people in the United States who have an active social life may have a slower rate of memory decline.

They found memory did decline somewhat overall, but it declined twice as fast among those who were the least integrated socially

(Marty, you an inspiration. :)! )
