Hi guys,
This is my first post here, though I have been actively reading the boards for a while. I would like to start by thanking you all for offering great content both on the main site and here, on the forums. The self-improvement journey is a hard one, and reading about other people making it work and learning from their experience is of great help.
In regards to the purpose of this post, I would like to ask you to list the books on conversation, psychology and other related topics that you found most useful and inspired real change in your life.
Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you and keep striving to improve!

I remember Sebastian Marshall recomended "Crutial Conversations". I haven't read it though, but I would bet it's a good book.
