I'm currently in college and set up a lunch date this Wednesday. However, since I have classes and what not, I won't have the chance to get with her that day. If it goes well should I just try to set up a second date off campus and invite her home then?
Also, I'm a little iffy on how the rules apply if you are dating women for a relationship. I understand we should try and get intimate right away, but I'm a little unsure about this girl's motives. She's Jewish and I don't know the extent of how religious she is, so I don't want to mess up my chances. Do I screen her about it and draw conclusions from there or?...

Make it a short date, lots of kino, but no actual sexual escalation. Sex talk is good and will help you determine how open she is to going further next time you meet up. Don't worry about how religious she is or isn't. I went to a hardcore Southern Baptist school, and I still managed to get laid a few times (mostly to more conservative girls oddly enough. I'm going to have to look into that more). Piety is an excuse girls use when they aren't interested in you sexually. Only rarely will it become an issue if you've got things handled, and only if she's just incredible conservative. Trust me, you'll know before you get to that point.
