I elaborate on the concept of my text ideas in the post of @Skills.
The context is this: you have had a good message interaction so far and, for no apparent reason, you get a silence.
In this case you don't have to send a message to build social capital because most likely… she just forgot to answer you but she wants to do it.
If the general interaction is good, you can get away with one of these 3 messages without investing too much:
• ..?
• ...
• ??
These 3 messages are the type of message you would send to a friend when they don't reply to you. This shows that you believe you have the right to receive a message.
Do not use them if the first message is not successful just because the live interaction seems good to you.
But if the interaction via message is going well, absolutely use them.
These messages should also be used in another case ... Let's say that you have already agreed with the girl to go out and you have sent her the logistics (ie where you will see each other) and she does not answer.
You don't have to take it as a silence and start building social capital again because if you do it makes you appear extremely unsure of yourself.
In this case, the best thing to do is to manage the interaction as you would if a friend of yours did not send you a definitive answer about seeing you.
Would you just send something like ...
"??"
"..?"
Very simple.
