She invited me 3 times

There's a girl I've known for a while and she always liked me and was very sexual with me over the phone...
A month ago I moved in her town (we live like 2km apart) and she has invited me 3 times!
1) She invited me to a "kirmes" (but said I would have to pay) - so I said I can't.
2) She invited me swimming (and her parents were also there) - but I didn't have any swimwear and woke up late so I couldn't go.
3) Today she invited me to go to the mall with her BFF...

The thing is: She always invites me, but then says "I was kidding don't come" when I ask for details.
But then she wants me to come and goes like "are you coming?"

What the hell? Why is she doing that?? Should I simply go? It's weird to meet her with a BFF, and it seems like she's just playing with me.

She's 16 btw, I'm 17.

If that is what you want then do it. But i would recommend some other activity because action dates are more fun for you and the girl.
You can go for a walk in a park, hiking, simple drinks, movie, swimming etc.

You need to understand one big thing about girls psychology. If she likes you, she cannot be too open about it. Because it would make her look bad, both to other people and to herself. It's her ego and her reputation here.

So if she gives you signs that she likes you, she will immediately mitigate these signs by giving opposite signs. That's "mixed signals": you're not completely sure whether she likes you or not. In general, "mixed signals" means she actually likes you a lot. I believe there is an article by Chase on the topic, go on the search box and search for "mixed signals"
