Well if she's coming off really shy or aprehensive I would say keeping conversations and/or interactions light, flirty, and playful. If she knows you're interested in her, make sure to keep letting her know that just in nice ways. Also if you think straight-forward sexual flirting would be too much, you can still tease her a bit and it'll come off as flirting.
