Hi everyone!

I got a subtle one here. What if on the second text you send her (the first being "Hi Im X, have my number") she replies 24 hours later and the text has something like "sorry I didn't reply, the notifications were off" written along with the rest of the text?

Is there some subtle message here? Is it a test from her? Or is it sign of disinterest (but them why did she reply the text and took the effort to write the reason?)
What do you think about replying to the text, but not even mentioning the excuse part? Like don't text "It's Ok, don't worry, bla bla" Just ignore she did it and type the text normally.

Do you think it would put you in a good position? Or the position is already messed up somehow?

As an update, the 3rd text i sent her was the invitation o a date and she didn't reply.

My guess is that I didn't build enough connection with her before asking her out. We spoke really quick the time we met (common friends) and then the 2nd time I saw her, I spoke to her and like in 3 min asked for for her number. So probably she isn't confident to meet me. Plus I am older than her perhaps it also intimidates.

Anyways, more initial talk next time.

I had one like this recently, she said she "didn't had messenger" , i just told her: "Babe if you didn't want to go out it's ok, don't worry not mad at all i just hate lies like Who doesn't have messenger? (laughing) So what about tomorrow night?" Then we met up and had sex the next day, just don't make a big deal out of it, relax buddy she re-changed her mind, women tend to do that.

Honestly I have a universal line for these objections, I say "wait, such an awesome guy is asking you your contact and you hesitate?!.." It usually will tell you if she really want to give the contact. It works with pretty much any objection btw.
