Should I send her a rapport-building text before arranging a date?

Hi fellas.

On my way home from an evening I met this girl from my former high school (10 years ago) on the bus. She is someone I always had an eye on, so after some small talk I asked her out. She said she loved to, gave me her number, and said she was looking forward to meet me. She also said that this week she is going to leave town for some work, but wanted to meet me next week.

An hour after parting ways I sent her the following text: "This is my number. If I remember correctly, you cant meet me this week? -Kristian " (I have to listen better from now on...)
She replied: "Awesome! This week I will be out of town. But lets text the next week! Have a good night, Anja "
Me: "Ill send you an sms in a week. Have a nice trip "

Now my question is. How do I get in contact with this girl again? Our conversation was 5 days ago, but somehow I feel like sending a rapport-building text before I go for the specifics and arrange our date. On https://www.girlschase.com/content/how-text-girl Chase says he usually send Rapport-building texts a couple of days after meet. Should I do this or should I just contact her in the beginning of next week. And if I do the latter should I go to some rapport before pulling the trigger?

Like: "Hi Anja, how was your week out of town? Mine has been crazy! Anyways, I would like us to grab a coffe/drink soon. Hows your schedule like this week?" And should I do this Sunday evening or monday during the day.
I hope you guys could help me with this, coz I dont have as much experience texting.

Your text looks good to me. Send it Monday afternoon. Give her a chance to get her feet on the ground after being gone a week.

Your text looks pretty good to me. Regarding the rapport building texts, just go with how you feel, so if you feel like you need some rapport building then go for it. But for me there have been plenty of times where things got cold over text really quickly with rapport building texts. So personally I prefer to go straight to the point like your text here. If the girl is not a big texter, rapport building texts aren't going to help you much if she always takes 6+ hours to reply, so I always err on the safe side and go straight to the point.
