This is probably a moot point now considering that most of the girls that I cold approached in the past have already graduated. But still, I have to ask: Should I talk to girls who I cold approached in the past? There are some that I still talked to as of last semester, but should I talk to more?

At some point everyone is a cold approach, so yeah.
Now if your cold approach is ultra direct and polarizing and they blew you out , then you probably have burned a bridge.
But if your cold approach is indirect, warm and unthreatening then there is no reason you can't re engage the girl. Always have the intention in all your face to face interaction to leave her better than you found her. Make your interactions worthwhile and profitable for her ego (to a point) that she will seek you out for it. Now I don't mean give her a compliment every time you see her, but a sincere smile, mentioning her name, and a meaningful interaction can set the tone for a future escalation. When she engages you first, you know you have set a good precedent. Even if oyu aren't interested inthe girl, having women you are interested in see other women engaging you is great social proof.
