Should you date girls at work? Yes. Why? Because even if you don't, some girls give you drama anyway.

1)Be a High value Guy
2)Be warm to everyone
3)Try to help them if you can
4)Be generally happy

and use Chase's article, (e.g Discretion, Dating at work and yada yada). And also handling problems. Ego management and man management is good but it's more to learning on the ground. It's hard though.

A man management article will be great, too. !
