Shouldn't autorejection be called preemptive rejection?

If i understand The concept that you people call autorejection ,it is when a girl feels that you rejecting her is inevitable and so in order to protect her feelings she rejects you first,
What I don't understand is how this process Is then termed "autorejection",
assuming "auto" is short for automatic,
This word is wrong
,she hasn't automatically rejected you,
Would the term  preemptive rejection not be better suited to this process .?
The term autorejection implies she rejected you automatically
This would be the case if you came across as so unattractive that she didn't even have to think about it,she just rejected you instantly,
In other words if intepreted logically how u guys use the term is wrong

EXAMPLES IN SENTENCE

Gramatically Correct use of the term  autoreject in a sentence

1:I approached a girl,while dressed up as a clown,the girl autorejected me.

Now contrast this with the term Preemptive reject

2:I had a Ferrari ,and an Italian suit
the girl knew she could not get me,she Preemptively rejected me

U see?...autoreject is a term that if intepreted grammatically means something totally different than how u guys use it.

If you are too high value,or too aloof, then the girl perceives this as an inevitable race for rejection,(who will reject the other first),of she then rejects you, that is a preemptive action, however in a scenario where you are so undesirable that she imediately rejects you ,is that not an automatic Action?

Now this is purely semantics and has no effect on how you Carry out your seduction, but when explaining the concept to the uninitiated would the term preemptive reject not be more logical not to mention grammatically correct?

Correct me if I'm missing something(I know I'm not missing something,I just add that disclaimer to come across as humble )
But for pointing this out, should I not get a cookie?

Now let me go sleep while you guys bake me cookies

a good date brings a smile to your lips... and hers

Auto is a Latin prefix meaning self or I. Hence "autorejection" is a girl rejecting herself. Very different in meaning from "automatic rejection." In fact, auto in automatic is self and matic means to start, I believe, or something like that. Aka automatic means self starting.

Hope this makes it more clear. It's not self starting rejection, it's self rejection.

For more examples consider automobile. Latin pre and suffixes for self moving(as opposed to being moved by a horse, pre automobile days).

Or autoimmune disorder, it's not an automatic immune disorder, it's where your immune system attacks you instead of disease.

I'll pm you my address so you can mail me that cookie now.

Actually, the term "automatic-rejection" would suit rejections from waitresses, lady shopkeepers, any female workers, etc. since they are on autopilot and don't even bother screening a guy.

I'm gonna use that now.

Both of them are Greek prefixes, its amazing how many things we consider Latin are Greek, or Latinized greek. After all these two civilizations were very close together, and with the Greek being the earlier one, it had a large influence on the Latin (student of history here ;-) ).

Other than you are right, auto has to do with one's self. The girl who is autorejecting you is in fact rejecting herself as a valuable mate for you.
But it also means, like you said, an almost independent-reflexive reaction, so her ego will not get harmed
