A truly sexy walk is one that exudes presence. It is not just an empty form, but an expression of a present mind. Here is a conceptually simple yet challenging in-practice exercise that will improve your sexy walk ten hold. It will have you walking with ease, grace, confidence, balance, alignment, and presence.

Balance on train tracks. See how far you can walk. Do this regularly. 20 minutes a day if you can, more if you want to. Do this until it comes naturally. Do this until you can amble freely with a tall straight spine, and soft eyes focusing on nothing in particular but looking deeply into the distance. Once you have mastered the train tracks, upgrade to hand railings. They have less surface area to balance your feet on and are often taller so the stakes are higher (do be careful not to land on your junk if you slip). Now go out in field and experience the magic in your walk.
