Sorry About the Downtime, Gents

Our hosting provider just had an unexplained 15-hour network outage at the data center our server is stored at.

Unfortunately, ever since they were acquired by another hosting company a few years ago, we've had problems like this periodically. We're investigating another cloud-based dedicated server option to switch to that should hopefully reduce or eliminate outages like this.

Changing servers is a huge pain, but I've been putting it off too long.
