How do you fly under the radar although youre approaching numerous girls in the same space/vicinity and it's evident you have an agenda
By not spam approaching, for starters.
You said you approached several hundred girls in a few days, that means two things.
1. You made it very obvious what you were doing, simply by doing it A LOT in a short space of time.
2. It's very likely you approaches were direct and uncalibrated.
No one has time to have a hundred conversations a day with girls. Assuming you were out for 8 hours (?) that's 12 approaches an hour. I can't even find that many girls to approach in an hour, let alone have conversations with them. Obviously you weren't being selective, obviously none of them were hooking, obviously it was just you whizzing around like a homing missile bouncing off every girl in sight. That's a good way to piss off some white knight who thinks he has some kind of ownership over that territory.
A seduction, in the beginning, should simply be a conversation. You stop her and compliment her, but then for the first 30 seconds you're basically just a warm, friendly, dude being social and cool. You're not putting pressure on her, or being all direct and obvious about your intentions.
And this first 30 seconds is what other people will notice, if anything, of your approach.
Even if she doesn't stop, she should typically be looking happy to have been approached, you should be looking happy even if a little disappointed, and everyone around can feel comfortable with that. I have a habit to always smile after a girl walks off, both for myself and for anyone around, to make it clear that it's all no big deal and I'm not some weird anxious hungry dude.
You need to study game a lot more, make your approach way more indirect, work on your technique and calibration, and be way more selective.
