Casual/FWB Standards question

I know exactly where my standards are for women but is dating around with one or two who fall short of that ideal detrimental or okay. If the relationship is just about sleeping together then they may not be bad practice

Depends on your goals and what you need right now.

If you need a confidence boost, this probably helps.

If you just want a sexual outlet and intend to stay polygamous, this is fine.

If you want a higher quality girlfriend or girlfriends at some point, and you're already sufficiently confident with women, and your goals are A) keep improving at pickup and B) find higher quality women, this gets in the way, because it removes a lot of your incentives to do both of those (meet more girls, and higher quality ones). i.e., you get comfortable and complacent, and stop looking. For instance, it's time to go pick up... but you say to yourself, "Nah, you know what? I'm just going to call Cindy. I don't feel like going out tonight!" But no Cindy means you go out, or you sit home alone and twiddle your thumbs. There's a lot more incentive to get off your behind.

So, figure that out based on what you're looking to achieve, and figure out if having a couple of moderately substandard girls will help you get there faster, or slower you down from getting there (and it will always be one of those; there's never "no effect"!).

Then - you've got your answer.

Thanks as always Chase! I think judging from what you said I should keep practicing with them so long as I keep going out and trying to meet newer and better girls. I just wasn't sure if being around people who weren't ideal would make my performance overall suffer
