Last night I invited her for some drinks and when I picked her up at her house her friend was there. So I told her what’s going on I thought it was just the 2 of us and she said all 3 of us get along. Last night was different they were talking about guys.

You set up a wrong dynamic, as far as I can tell you are her "going out" buddy. Nothing wrong with that. But, after you have sex you should just have dates where you hang out alone in the house meaning sex. The girl seemed to be heading for a relationship because you were leading her there. If you do a lot of activities with a girl you're sleeping with she will inevitably going to see you as a boyfriend material. And of course if you do a lot of activities together and not have sex she's gonna see you as a friend...

It's better to start with just meet up and fuck and include more activities later on even if you want her to become a girlfriend.

Yes, we do have sex each time we went out. Our just hanged out at my house to fuck. It wasn’t until she introduced me to her friend that everything changed.
