Due to an emotionally distant upbringing in Kansas, I have mostly been a serious, introverted, and more of a quiet kind of guy through most of my teens. I was not very social and spent most of my time playing World of Warcraft. Over the years I have come a long way and find myself a lot more outgoing than I used to be and that has led me to actually realize something.

1. Guys I know who are outgoing, extroverted, and the kind to make noise will attract certain kinds of girls but alienate other girls. Most of these guys tend to get the sorority types who love partying and drama but alienate the girls who are intelligent and career minded.

2. Guys I know who are introverted, serious, and not that loud attract girls who are focused on their careers, somewhat nerdy (but hot anyways), and more reserved but they alienate the sorority types or the girls who love to party and show off.

I have even noticed this regardless of how hot a guy looks. One of my friends is a very handsome Latino dude who has a face similar to that of soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo and he is more in category 2. My friend hates partying and loud music and prefers to stay in and play videogames on a Friday night, he is also not that outgoing. He has dated hot girls who were foreign, nerdy, and career minded but he alienates the girls at his school who are in sororities or girls you are likely to find at sports bars and football games.

On the other hand I have a guy who is the exact opposite of him attitude wise and he gets girls who are into the party scene and more likely to be found at bars.

What do you guys say about this? I am more in category 2 and have always found it to be true for me but as I edge closer to being a guy who is in category 1 my results are somewhat changing.
