Struggling to get work at a nightclub due to full time job, any advice?

So I read on an old post from Chase that working at a nightclub is like one of 7 things you can do to increase your notch count but I honestly want to be in that environment, have a job there, always wanted a job there, and be really immersed into the party scene while holding down my 9 to 5. One issue I keep running into is they want you to interview during a weekday when I have work and then the weekend shifts are all occupied by experienced guys.

I'd love some advice since this means a lot to me.
