-Anyone here have a chronic health problem such as pain, sickness, and/or disease?

-What are some of your coping methods and how do you pump yourself up to go out there and meet girls?

-Do you tell women about these disorders or do you wait until you start a relationship?

Boy I really won the lottery when it comes to the cards I was dealt. On the cognitive and behavioral side of things I have Asperger's Syndrome which has been a major barrier towards social success. However even if that were eliminated from the picture I also have a rare condition called chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS). My muscles in my pelvic region are in a hyper sensitive, spasmic, and inflamed state 24/7. The pain is referred to other areas of my body such as my spine, chest, sides, stomach, armpits, back, neck, knee, feet, hands, and jaw. So unless I am sleeping I am always in a state of discomfort. The best way I can describe the feeling is as if you clenched all the muscles in your body to a point that they all feel inside out and knotted. Which is what I basically have, knots all over my muscles called trigger points. The hypersensitive trigger point areas give off the sensation of needles pricking at you from the inside within a knot that is pulling your muscles inside out. It is like the most complicated knot in the world that takes years to unwind (very true for sufferers of this condition, there is no quick fix, and requires years of multimodal treatment and even then flare ups are inevitable). Instead of having smooth relaxed muscle mine is inflamed and stuck in a cramp which makes them more like the texture of beef jerky which accounts for that feeling of needles poking at me.

Needless to say having this condition SUCKS! One of the worst side effects of having CPPS is that on one's sex life. All the muscles involved with getting an erection/having an ejaculation are in a dysfunctional state. Since my prostate and perineum are in a hyper-tense and inflamed state I am prone to premature ejaculation often before penetration. Compared to a lot of guys with PE it is not completely a mental hang up, I really just have no control of my muscles there. Doing kegels is out of the question for me and can make things worse (remember my muscles are in a chronically tensed up state and need to relax). On a more humorous note I am so hyper responsive that I will get completely hard sometimes from kissing, hugging, or just touching (non sexual touch even) a girl. Typically a guy with this condition needs to find an understanding partner which makes it hard if you want to become a PUA or just hook up with girls casually and not get into a relationship. A guy CAN perform with CPPS but he needs to feel completely comfortable with the girl, turn off his logical mind, and concentrate in relaxing every single muscle in the body all the while having a non-judgmental partner. Again this is not the feeling you'll have if you are sleeping with a girl for the first time or in a wild sexual situation. This is partially the reason why I decided to spend the money on escorts. I am paying them so they can't judge me like an ordinary girl would.

If this weren't enough I also have irritable bowl syndrome (last 2 years and contributed to unattended weight loss) and chronic allergies (asthma, skin irritation, clogged nose, sinus problems, ear pressure sensitivity). These are actually overlapping conditions that men have higher rates of having if they suffer from CPPS versus that of the general population.

All in all suffering from chronic physical conditions can really disrupt your mental state and make it that much more difficult to succeed with women. They even have a negative effect on my body language and voice. I developed bad habits with my posture during childhood and always slouched, walked hunched, and looked at the ground. Ever since I started lifting weights and building lean muscle I have started to stand straighter and it seems that each time I unlock another trigger point (especially in the spine and core areas) I stand even straighter than I thought possible. Standing up straight/sitting up straight takes tons of work since my trigger points seem to fight it and want me to go back to slouching. I guess I am in pain either way so I should just fight it. The tense sensation in my muscles also makes me jittery and I even have full muscle spasms when I get nervous. This translates to me shaking my leg incessantly when I talk to people, curling/twisting my fingers (area where the referred pain hits a dead end), my eye twitching, etc. No bueno when it comes to my body language.

Allergies have an effect on my voice which is also no bueno. My nose is almost always clogged and I have spent most of my life breathing through my mouth and having no sense of smell (maybe at 10-20%). Clogged nose = nasal voice which is of course not sexy, smooth, or deep sounding. Within the last few years I have finally been able to breath through my nose like a normal human being. I still have a really bad sense of smell which I guess I can use to my advantage when it comes to cunnilingus, hehe.

Finally IBS. Do I need to go there? Let's just say when I have a flare up this is more demoralizing than CPPS and allergies. You pretty much feel like you have a stomach flu (extreme urgency and abdominal cramps), you can't eat, your body can't absorb fat, you start losing weight, you live in the bathroom, stomach churns all day, and you only feel relief after you go. They seem to come and go in waves. Haven't had a flare up since May/June. I still have gone out on dates while suffering from IBS but I hardly eat anything and could only drink liquids mostly. Girls probably think it's weird when they eat more than a guy or scarf down a plate when I have barely touched anything. I will just say that I am not very hungry and will just pack it to go. In fact even when I don't have IBS I really don't eat much (usually can only eat half a plate) unless I have smoked a bowl beforehand.
