With spring already here and summer just around the corner, I'll be in need of some new clothes pretty soon. Most of what I wear right now are button-downs, nice jeans or khakis, and dressier looking shoes. During cooler weather I'll throw on my leather jacket or one of my other coats. Most of my clothing is pretty dark as well, a lot of blacks, grays, navys, and such. I realize that with the heat I'm not going to be able to wear dark clothing, long sleeves, and long pants all the time. So what would be some of your suggestions for fashion during warmer weather?

Also, I think I need some accessories for the summer. I feel like colder weather is usually better than warmer weather for this kind of stuff fashion-wise. For example, during the winter I started wearing scarves a lot. I also used more layering, but I won't be able to do that when it's hot outside. Are there any accessories that would be like this for warmer weather? I was thinking maybe a cool-looking hat or something, but I don't know if hats generally look good (or what kinds of hats I should wear, if any) and I haven't been able to find any that I've really liked. Is there maybe something I could wear to the beach or pool too? I hope I'm not over-thinking this.

Any general tips, advice, or ideas would be awesome too.

I usually get shorts and singlets

Jean shorts are always good

Slim fitting t shirts/shirts to show off your muscle if you work out or even if you dont work out its better to have a slim fit

i have a dark complexion so i usually wear bright stuff draws attention to me and complements my skin well

For night game i still run Jeans a decent pair of shoes and then a classy T shirt or Shirt

the right date makes getting her back home a piece of cake

Yep, if you want an affordable option, H&M is your friend.

Shirts are shirts, you can still wear them but you can get away with lighter and more casual cotton shirts in summer. light colors.
If its very warm where you are look into styling shorts, just solid colors, no patterns, no baggy, no sports shorts, something you can tuck a shirt into with a belt if you really wanted.
Solid slim color polo's are easy... preppy, but easily styling.

Casual, always go v-neck and fitted t shirts.

You can wear "indian scarves" too even if you're just wearing a t-shirt. I'm not sure what they are called around here.

Accessorizing is simple, a nice watch, a nice belt, always have something on your wrist. Whatever suits your style but simple and understated accessories just accent any outfit instead of making it look plain.

If it's not seering hot, look into light linen sports coats too.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.

Estate,

I took a brief look at H&M, and they have some pretty nice stuff. I'll have to check it more thoroughly when I get the chance. Would you mind finding a picture of an indian scarf and post it for me? I searched it on google and the only things I could find seem really girly and feminine, so I don't think I have the right thing in mind.

Accessorizing is simple, a nice watch, a nice belt, always have something on your wrist.

I've actually been wanting a watch for a little while now, maybe it's time I went out and bought a nice one. When you say always have something on my wrist, does that apply to all the time (meaning fall, winter, formal, casual, etc)? Or did you mean just for the summer?

Anyways thanks a ton.
