She works with me. her hierachy in the workplace is lower than I. We've flirted heavily in the past and she turned me down again ..and AgAin ..and AGAIN!
i had to put all arrogance aside to finally meet other women. It was tough though seeing her "mourn" my aloofness and still having to deal with her every so often for work.
Just latest few weeks, i made an announcement that I would be working on something and I would be getting super focused/different. (precaution against workplace homoeostasis). First few weeks, dealt with the crap I had to deal with and everything stabilised (as all homoeostatic situations do) and this week, i see doubled flirtation coming from this babe.
This evening, we were letting loose at work and then she clearly yells out: "Take me out with you, skin_man!". I play it cool by creating the barrier thing: "Oh I would but your madam would not let you
" She laughs and says, "but she will." I'm like: "its not funny."
Later, she comes to find me working and with the exact sexy smile Chase describes in "How to Turn A Girl On" , she begins looking at what I'm doing and then creeps away with one of the documents. I ask her to put it back down, she just giggles and stands where she is with it. I let her be and when she hears some footsteps in the corridor, she leaves my stuff and gets back to her cubicle.
Anyway, the question is: Do I begin running process with her? If I run into a brick wall, it may be too much in the workplace but I dont care, it's more because in my mind, she's too fragile and I guess sexually inexperienced/awkward.
