yeah, I want my kids to be taller than me, so this could be useful info! ;)

One thing I've noticed on Interwebs dating sites is that taller women (5' 10" upwards) often specify that equal height or greater is a deal-breaker, and so I guess the key is to identify their reasons for insecurity about height difference and deal with them before they become an issue. The most common reasons I have heard are "it just doesn't look right" or "I hate having to bend down to kiss" lol

Well I guess you guys probably already know that it's all about being feminine right? Girls want to feel like girls around guys, aka shorter+lighter, maybe that's why it's so hard. Being rough also attracts women, only some though. I have rough hands with welts and cuts, some girls love it (or pretend to) other girls honestly say they don't like it. What do you consider a tall girl to be? And a tall guy whilst we are at it!

I love tall girls. Nothing is more physically attractive to me than a girl with a pretty face and has 4 or more inches on my height.

How does a guy adapt his game to tall girls? Screen them harder, establish more comfort, act as you would with a regular girl, etc.

I was reading Chase's post on Challenge Screens, so how would one bring up her height?

I wouldn't even bring this up. Bringing up differences is highlighting areas that you don't relate with a girl, and making her feel as if the two of you are "too different."

Kind of like, if you're talking to a girl of another ethnicity, you're probably not going to say, "So what's it like being black?" or, "Wow, you're pretty Asian, huh?" or, "You're about as white as they come, aren't you?" Even a challenge screen, like, "I'm probably way too white/black/Latin/Asian for a girl like you," is highlighting this difference and hence inadvisable.

Tall women are actually rather sensitive about their heights. The reason they prefer taller men is not that they can't handle it... it's that the MEN can't! I've slept with my fair share of girls with a few inches (or more) on me (I don't date them though... they're usually stick-thin and rarely have the well-proportioned bodies I find most appealing), and if height is ever brought up, it's usually something like this:

  • Girl: "You know, most men I meet are very intimidated by my height."

Me: "Really? Well, most men are intimidated by most things."

Girl: "I dated a guy once who was only a few inches shorter than me, but eventually he just couldn't handle it."

    Me: "Men are ridiculous."

Girl: "My height doesn't bother you?"

Me: "If your height bothered me... come here, get a little closer... if your height bothered me, I'd be off talking to some short girl, instead of to you."

Admittedly, I'm a little height-blind. I often don't even realize a girl is taller or shorter than me... I don't pay attention to it. It doesn't "register" that there's a height differential, really.

So long as you care about height, it's going to mess you up. Only when you stop caring about it and can honestly laugh at the guys who trip all over their feet because a girl has a couple of inches on them do you start realizing these girls are as easy to get or easier than others.

Ultimately, tall girls share the same problem that really beautiful girls have: most men are incredibly intimidated by them. They can actually act a little desperate and nervous if you are genuinely confident and cool around them... they don't meet many men like that.

Women who are only somewhat tall and/or somewhat pretty actually get more suitors than the girls who are outliers in height or beauty.

Half the time they're wearing heels or something anyway the first time you meet them, then the second time they've got four inches shorter. Or vice versa.

Spot on by Chase.

Just remember boys.. When you're both in bed, you're both the same height! ;)
