Template for writing LR

Is there a template for writing LR's or FR's or FU

Because I find the reason I don't write them is because i usually just write and don't have it in a logical order or anything cause I'm usually just reflecting as I do it

If there was like a template with background things learned things to be improved on the pull sex or what ever

I feel like there would be more Reports going up and also less reports which don't really contain much info other than met this girl thought she was hot she thought I was hot and we fucked

I always found the simplest layout was like this:

FIRST MEET

SETTING UP THE DATE

THE PULL BACK HOME

[describe]

ESCALATION TO SEX

[describe]

KEYS TO THE LAY

What you thought the keys were that enabled you to successfully sleep with this girl. Usually a couple of bullets.

When you do it this way, all the stages are clearly differentiates, and guys know what type of girl you went for in this report and what your own look/style was, which helps them if they're going for something similar or allows them to pick out differences if they're not.
