Hi fellas at GirlsChase 
So I have a girl in my social circle with whom it’s never fully on and went off a few times. She’s a member of my club activity and we meet on weekly basis. We never really texted other than talking about work and some very badly pulled bantering due to my lack of text game. My recent text with her recently looks like this.
Note: We’re both Asian so the wordings and cultural nuances may be different than the West. Her tonality has always been polite (as in, using polite form sentences like sir or madam sorta thing)
Jay: Ho Ho Ho! It’s Christmas! Did you go see the fireworks yesterday?
Her: Haha. Thanks for the present. Too bad I couldn’t go see the fireworks due to my part-time job (laughter)
Jay: Ho Ho Ho! That’s too bad. But hey, you’ve been a good kid so should I reward you with a wish come true?
Her: I’m already happy the way I am so it’s OK. Thank you so much
Jay: Well, you are a lucky one. If you said yes, I would ask the teacher to tripple your homework lol
Her: No no noooooo
Jay: By the way, I have a work to discuss
(discussing about work)
She then ended with agreeing to help me with one of my tasks
Then a week later, I started another conversation.
Jay: Happy New Year! Interested in world domination with me? lol
Her: Happy New Year! World domination? I’m scared so I’ll pass haha
Jay: Ah boring lol
Jay: Either ways, I’m working on this
(Went on to talk briefly about work)
Then in mid-way, I stopped and was like
Jay: Let’s continue the work next week. I’m kinda still chilling right here haha
Her: (Read but no response)
I feel like this is going down the hill especially when I didn’t see her during the week. How do you think I am supposed to recover from this? Seems like I’m setting a whole new wrong frame right here.
