Hey guys,
Lately, I've found that right after my direct openers, which is usually just complimenting on the girl's fashion or something interesting about her. Most of the time, their reaction is "oh Thanks! that's lovely!" then they walk away probably thinking that was random but nice, which is fine. No lost there in making her day. The way I open is calm and maintain eye contact with sexy smile, although sometimes my voice got nervous (usually the 1st approach of the day) but it's happening less and less now.
Sometimes even if we exchange names right afterward, they're still walking away not engaging in the conversation.
Now there are a couple of reasons I can think of as to why this occur. They could be genuinely busy going somewhere or they're not in the mood or my fundamentals were off and they're just not interested.
And recently I've read from James Marshall's ebook that he often asks women "hi, I'm james, mind if I talk with you for 5 mintues?" then I guess he goes on to state his intention right after that question if the women say yes. Now I'm thinking of doing the same but the other way round. Deliver my compliment first then ask if she could stay and chat for a bit. I can see this has a nice flow to it.
Now some of you might say, if she's interested then she would stay without you even asking. And you're right, but all she has to judge whether you're worthy or not is that first 5 seconds, and by asking if she minds to stay and chat, I think you could increase your odds.
Let me know what you think.
Cheers
