Think I stuffed up

So here is the case...been with a few women but this time round I stuffed up.
Met this chic...great chemistry...hung out a few times...asked her to join me on a night out and drank abit much...told her I like her...dump move I know...still had sex and she pointed out that was good.
She has asked me to cool it and chill out....intensity has died...text is short and to the point...but still txts back....normally I am the one asking for things to be chilled out.
I am not the sort to wait around...what should I do? Been about a week since we have met...spoke twice...txted maybe 8 times.

It looks like you already answered this one yourself. You killed all the mystery and went overboard by telling her you liked her. The intensity died and she lost interest. I'd recommend not contacting her anymore. She may try to rekindle things in the future when she sees that you're not trying too hard. It's a long shot but it's the only way to try and convey you're not super needy. Check out this article if you haven't read it already:
