Lately I've been making good progress. Before 2014 asking a girl out in person or getting her number was a big deal. Now I've done it a handful of times and had some dates from them too!
The next thing to tackle is direct openers and opening girls in public places/with people watching/people nearby.
Most of the time I think of something good after they are out of sight!
Curious to know what you think of what I WOULD have said.
Perhaps a little confirmation that these might have gone nicely will push me over the edge to jump in.
Today, two instances poke out at me.
#1- I was going to open a cute japanese girl listening to her ipod by just approaching her table and motioning to take her ear bud out with a warm smile. I was going to ask her what she listens to and give her a demo of my bands CD (We made copies to pass out). It was more for the band, but also to talk to a cute girl. She was in the campus cafe and it was crowded. I felt the pressure and passed it up.
#2 - After skateboarding to my car, I sat on my bumper to change from my skate shoes to my boots (that get so many compliments.) I saw a cute blonde park and walk off for class. After she left I was thinking, damn. I could have said, "Hey wait! Come here for a second/you're cute
" She was obviously going to class so I would have cut it short and said since we are both busy right now to get a drink/coffee some other time and give me her number. I bet she would have even said something about my boots since I would have been putting them on. They really are killer.
Any thoughts would be appreciated!
