Hello,

Afterawhile into a relationship, and friendships, you will have your girl contacting you, and sometimes they will talk irrelevant things. Things you do not want to know, and most guys apparently (the nice guys) will complain online, in the web, and to their friends and to you, why his girl is such an aSS.

The thing is, she IS being an aSS! But you answering the call and letting her talk is the problem.

I have this with friends, and even my mum too. They will call me, texting me random things. Sometimes they don't consider i am working or i am sleeping. Just don't answer the phone call, Lessen your investment. IF you talking a lot with them about irrelevant things in the past, Cut it down and it will be a thing of the past. That will sometimes be an emotional meltdown. DOn't be drawn by it. Be objective, see through her, see what she really saying and need from you. Sometimes your friends, family, society and your girlfriend will use "moral judgement".

"You should do this for me", "This is right", and what they say is true. But what is truth, really? They are actually doing it for their own desires, am i right?

So be aware of when people claim to use morals and say this is right and wrong. Look through it, See what they want, and if you want to give to them, give it to them. And also, GO for what you want, too. Just don't complain online or to your other friends all the time that people are forcing you to do things.

I agree with the sentiments expressed here.

Zac, have you read Illusions by Richard Bach? It's a fun read and explores a lot of these issues. I read it a few years back, maybe 2009 but your post reminded me of this novel.
