Tips For Practicing the Skill of Teasing?

Just like the title says, I want to get better at teasing girls in early interactions. I have a friend who is extremely good at this -- in fact it's pretty much his whole game -- and it's amazingly effective at smashing girls' frames early and forcing them into submission and qualifying.

How can I practice and get better at this?
