Hey dudes,
I was in Sydney 3 weekends ago with my cousin. We hit Bondi beach, and boarded the ferry back to the city centre afterwards. I noticed a slim, red read with a tattoo on her leg sitting next to me - totally my type of gal. I really wanted to talk to her, but I wasn't sure how to initiate the conversation.
I was talking to my cousin about which club to go that night. There was a cool place with deep house music that we wanted to check out, but the entry fee was ridiculously overpriced so we were considering other options. I turned my head over to the pretty lady next to me.
It turned out that Abbey was quite tipsy, explaining for her flamboyant personality at that time. She was saying how she'd always wanted to move to Melbourne. I told her that if she came, she'd have a new friend. At this point, she was touching my arm a lot, and I occasionally rubbed her arm with the back of my hand. At one point she got out her phone and wanted to add me on Facebook. We chatted some more, and the vibe was definitely on.
I ended up messaging her that night, but she never responded. She didn't even accept my friend request on Facebook. I'm thinking she would've sobered up and changed her mind about meeting me when she got home... but it could be anything. Kinda curious to hear what you guys think!
Take it easy, fellas.

There was something strange about this girl. It turned out that the club played house music, and everyone there was on a lot of drugs and danced well into the morning. It sounded like one of my favourite clubs in Melbourne, and we talked about that.Me: Are you from Sydney?
[really excited]
Her: Yes!
Me: Oh right! Do you know of any cool clubs to go to tonight?
Her: Ivy!
Me: Ivy?
Her: Ivy!
Me: Oh. Right! What sort of music do they place there?
[she makes an interesting gesture with her hands]
Her: Dance! Dance! Dance!
Me: Dance, dance dance..?
Her: Dance! Dance! Dance!

Eventually the ferry docked, and we headed off. I left my cousin behind as she looked for our other mutual friend who sat somewhere else on the ferry. As we left the ferry, Abbey and I linked hands. She was just about to go home and I totally wanted to go on an instant date with her then and there, but I couldn't leave my cousin behind. After more flirting, I told her that I had to go find my cousin. She held onto my hand immediately after.Me: You should come join me in Ivy tonight!
Her: No, I can't! I have no money!
Me: Well do you want to hang out tonight? We could do something else.
Her: Yeah! Let's hang out!
I then gave her a hug goodbye. She kissed my cheek and I kissed hers. I then gave a kiss on the lips before we parted ways. Her: You are so cute.
Me: You're really cute too.
Her: Make sure you text me okay?
Me: Yep, we'll organise something fun tonight.
I ended up messaging her that night, but she never responded. She didn't even accept my friend request on Facebook. I'm thinking she would've sobered up and changed her mind about meeting me when she got home... but it could be anything. Kinda curious to hear what you guys think!
