New Tribal Elder Topcat

We've decided to begin announcing when a member is promoted to Tribal Elder.

Just to give him a bit more recognition as well as let the rest of the Boards know officially.

@topcat is now a Tribal Elder.

He's proven himself as a seducer and contributed heaps of value over the years in his replies to others, advice, guidance, and contribution to the forum.

He's also one of the longest continuous members on this forum, joining very early on to the old Girls Chase Boards and surviving the merger with nextASF (in which we gained many new members but also lost some old ones too).

Glad to have you on the Boards, topcat!

Also to know. I am part of the comitee and the tribal elder ranks are usually the ones that we tend to be the most hesitant to give. So whenever the rank is given it is usually as a result of consensus. So congrats again.
