Gents,
Thought I'd share this with everyone here. Apparently, it made the rounds on social media a couple years back, but even if you have read it, it never hurts to have a refresher every now and then:

I've read that the Alec Baldwin speech has since been misinterpreted (And was originally intended to be satirical), nonetheless, I personally find it quite inspiring.
The article might be a bit over the top, but it does a good job at countering the coddling western culture seems to embrace these days.
