Hello,

I've been at this a few months now and I've been quite motivated by articles here, as well as results I'm getting that I never thought possible. Anyway, I'm wondering what methods everyone uses to track their progress. I've found it difficult to track my approach results and extrapolate a lot of useful, actionable feedback for me to improve.

I'm not really sure what the best method is quite yet.

Thus far I've been haphazardly going off feeling and reviewing everything in my head, but I'm not too sure that's always the best route. Our brains can play tricks on us and - at least for me - this can lead to a little too much theory crafting on my end.

Recording approach experiences seems like the next best thing and it has helped me be a little more objective and clear-headed when critiquing myself but there must be a way to get more organized, data-driven feedback. I've always felt progress tracking has always been one of the best ways to improve at anything.

What do you guys do ?

Do you:

write down your experiences?

make some kind of spreadsheet?

use some web/phone app?

Or maybe I'm the only one with this problem. Interested to hear your thoughts.
