I went out last night just to have a little fun. I don't know if my fundamentals messed things up for me though (like not working out as much as before has had an effect on my posture). First it started with a couple rejections. I asked two girls where they were going just to see if they were going to a cool club but since I couldn't communicate with them that didn't turn out too well and I ejected early instead of at least asking the one that didn't seem rude for more details. (Should I have just held eye contact then slowly smiled to let her know her behavior was amusing so to speak then turned my attention back to other one)? Alas I walked away then started talking to a bouncer at this club who wouldn't let me in but almost did but he said "it was up to someone else." That guy said no and of course I watched the two girls i met earlier down the street walk right in. Then I ended up going somewhere next door, sort of a club with a bar but kind of shady. Then one after the other I get rejection after rejection except for one girl that said she wanted to have a drink first. But she probably didn't want to dance anyway even though she told me she would after her drink. I guess my problem was I opened with "dance with me" every time and not really caring if I was attracted to the girl. I didn't even ask for a name or anything. But I thought it was better than the way I did it in high school which was to just dance with any girl already dancing with some guy that already had another girl grinding on him. So I'd just steal one. Funny it worked back then whereas asking last night didn't. Besides that I stood around watching and looking at my phone. Then I left around closing and it got way more interesting since I found a group that knew sign language. So we chatted a bit and they might connect with me on facebook but if not it'll be cool. I should have tried to communicate with more people in general using my phone like I usually do but I wasn't even thinking except that my original plan wasn't to stick around too long. At least the night ended fairly well. Any advice for what I could have done differently would be appreciated.
