Turning Conference numbers into more

Yesterday we had a RA conference (Resident Assistant at my school) and I was able to snag quite a few cute girls numbers by the end of the conference. However since this started off somewhat professionally I am a little unsure of how to start deep diving via message as I am used to doing so while meeting up. Any recommendations?

Hmm..I understand it's a different context than usual, but what's the motivation to deep dive over messages at all? Why not go straight for the meet like you usually do? Curious to hear your thoughts.
