Update: Second meeting cancelled, what to do now?

I’m simplyfing the story to maybe get a few more advice on this:

First date: Went well, we kissed two times, she saw my room, but told her to leave and we’ll see each other tomorrow. (I just wasn’t ready)
Second date: cancelled, train is blocked so she had no way to get to me (she wasn’t lying)

Now she thinks I’m leaving abroad tomorrow but I really, really want a second date where I have sex with her.
I know it’s hard, it might cost be some money, but I really want to try.

I was thinking of texting her: “fuck it. I’m coming to <her city>.”
I’m rich and she knows I can be anywhere at any time. That would be heavy investment on my part,
but if she genuinely likes me, it should work out.

Correct, if she genuinely likes you then go to her city. Might as well go for it if you're leaving anyway.
