Lately, I've been on an "Asian kick," and because Asian women are so rare where I live, I've made a rule to approach any Asian woman that I consider a 5/6 and above -- which usually just means that she's slim, no pimples, and of legal age (although that can be really hard to tell with Asian women sometimes).
Committing to this has really helped, and it got me thinking... why stop here?
How about something random? If the girl is wearing green, I must approach. It doesn't matter if she is 80 years old and/or 500 pounds. Of course, I'm not going to ask for a date in that scenario. It's purely meant as an exercise. You talk with her if she's wearing green -- no matter what. The only exception is if she's with her husband and/or with her kids AND has a wedding ring on.
So:
Anybody want to take this challenge with me? You can choose anything you want (wearing a hat, wearing mostly red, etc.). So far, it's really helped me with approaching some hot Asian women
I think that I'll only do "mostly green" as I feel that I'll be approaching way too much if just going off of a little green on their shoes or something...
I'm also thinking about a "negative reinforcement." My friend went to a religious camp where the guys' dorms put in $5 every time they masturbated, and then donated that money to charity at the end of the month. It worked purely on the honor system. I thought it was pretty stupid at the time, but I could maybe try this out with not approaching.
EDIT: Also, exclude the Gym and/or Work place. These areas require more delicacy... Instead, just "ping" her: "you using that towel?", etc.

- If she's alone or with girls, definitely approach... If you're interested, make a unique comment, subtly ask about boyfriend and age, build rapport, close, etc. If you're not interested, ask about something random (directions, news, weather, etc.) -- more of an indirect opener.
- If she's with a guy and it's not obvious that they're dating, approach and say, "Hey, y'all make a cute couple." Innocent comment, and if she says "No, we're not together," begin flirtation! If he says no, then exclaim, "Does your boyfriend know about this secret date! The girls with the cutest faces are always the least innocent..." and if she laughs and says "no boyfriend," begin flirtation!
