hello guys I need some recommendations about using above techs for revamping my mental model , mindset & habits formation.
theory
mindset : these are my unconscious thought process.
habits: actions I take or reactions (involuntary ) from me after seeing (experiencing) some stimuli .
WHAT I WANT TO DO
I want to improve them xd

I came across an app anki which people are using to commit information and data to their long term memory.
second thing I learned a bit about how brain works and how hypnosis and suggestions can be affect brain and improve it.
now I am going to fuse them up.
what I am gonna do
I am going to use suggestions and questions to form good habits and better mindset. to do this I will use anki flash card to commit the suggestions and question to my long term and short term memory.
an example might be I want to become fit and healthy so I will make one card which will suggest me what I could achieve with better body and power. couple of cards asking me questions about why,hows , experiences to link it to my brain etc.
some help I need from YOU ALL GREAT GUYS
aside from theory I need some criticism and refinement for practical use.
Need to know how to frame and form questions and suggestions.
Need help in choosing habits and mindset for first time as fundamentals ,my picks are taking action, problem solving, critical thinking but one argument from my mind is these are not measurable(can be but hard ) maybe something measurable like a bit of healthy lifestyle or skill could be better( but these are not habits)
if some one is working on this point me to them.
