After a cooling off period, we've made Velasco's ban a temp ban rather than a perma ban, and reinstated his account.
A lot of folks like him here. Me included! Everybody on the mod team thinks he is a decent guy. But the shenanigans have been aggravating.
Helping his case is the fact that I have it on good authority he is active and in the field, which is sort of a rare quality these days.
So:
If he can keep himself from flame warring, looks-money-status complaining, and so on, we'd love to have him here on a regular basis again.
His account is on parole, however.
All you guys on here who are close to him, here's a task for you: keep an eye on him, and try to help him stay on the straight and narrow path, where flame warring does not occur, so a more permanent banning does not become necessary.
