A) Love that you are recording these interactions. Excellent learning possibilities. It should be done more often.
B) When she didn't shake your hand, You should've ejected ASAP. You fell into her frame not the other way around. Remember, some girls won't like you, are sexually unavailable, are love with their man. Only way to shake things up with these girls in my experience is asshole game but even that can backfire.
C) Weak rapport building/opener. "Where you from" is done to death. Try direct next time or indirect/direct. Something like: "There must be something in the air, because I'm drawn to you like a magnet" And take it from there. Remember, try to see if they move with you first. Per Chase's rule, if she doesn't move with you its no dice. What you did was what PUA's call plowing, trying to force the interaction in hopes she would start to break down and start bonding with you more. But to me it's a waste of time.
