So, I was set up on a blind date with one of my sister in laws friend for the second time now which, obviously, I was down to accept.
We kind of cheated and got a hold of each other's Facebooks and immediately I was definitely down for this one.
So, we go on the date and met up for sushi. The conversations all night were good, not great but good.
During the date, however, she kept staring at someone who worked there, a dude. Obviously, this bugged me as I've done it to other guys with their GF's at the gym; I've even had a hot petite pregnant chick check me out as I tried to avoid her gaze. Her boyfriend has already given me the mad dog eyes even though I've never talked to her in front of him; I'm there to work out.
I'm not at my best right now, confidence wise. I used to have the confidence of a god but have recently fallen; working on getting it back.
Again, the date was good but not great: after the date she asked me to text her when I got home. I was pissed at the whole gawking at a dude thing and considered this a red flag so I didn't bother texting her.
What seems to indicate some level of interest is she went ahead and texted me saying she had a great time blah blah blah. I forget what I texted in return but it was brief because, again I was pissed at the whole checking someone else out bullshit. I'm not used to having low self esteem but I worked with what I had that night.
So, again my question was: was I too quick to drop this chick or should I have given her a chance?
