Ok, so i've been on 2 dates with a one girl. Everything seems fine, vibe is good, i will ask her out for a 3rd date. But what is interesting that she isn't giving me her phone number, nor she told me where exactly she is living. I know that she lives somewhere near me, but i don't know exact house. When i asked her for these things, she said "don't want everything on instant". What do you think? Is it some kind of test?

It's not a test. She's attracted to you but for whatever reason, she still doesn't trust you. Probably has nothing to do with you and more with her past experience with men. It's likely she let some guy come over in the past, it didn't work out, so he started endlessly texting/stalking her.
Conversely, she might be married or have an LTR partner, and she's being super cautious that he doesn't find out about you.
Whatever the case, like I mentioned above, it probably has nothing to do with you. I would just carry on and invite her home to your place next date.
