Simply put, to have your own opinions, to question yourself on your current beliefs if you are a Hilary supporter (haha), to knock on the barrier of what is law, because ultimately, it is tribe.
Recently, Lionel Messi gets away somewhat with taxes because he is Messi. So... to have "balls", how can you push barriers of what is law or considered a hard rule, and then see whether you not get the consequences..
This is an analogy but real: Christianity today is not the Christianity when it first found. It's current version is whoever is the Pope and its current members. The tribe.
