I recently heard chase was supposed to make some demo videos because some if his student's wanted to see how he handles in the flesh. He said he was supposed to do it in July. What happened? Did he change his mind? Something came up?

Shake&Bake,

I don't think Chase ever planned on making "in-the-act pick-up videos," if that's what you're referring to.

He will have a video series that consists of a bunch of interviews and Q&As going over all of the current material while also adding in new material that hasn't been presented before. I believe this is in the works at the moment, and the shooting for it is ongoing. =)

Slay,

Aw I'm sad :(.

I think it'd be extremely cool to see footage from an experienced seducer.

I think it would help a lot of guys to see things "in the flesh" rather than reading it.

Helps get a better idea of it.

He has his reasons for not doing it, and he's told me what they are -- they're legitimate, and I can understand why he isn't proceeding in that direction.

The team seems pretty excited about the video series though, and I expect those to be of the highest quality. So I'm looking forward to it! =)

Shake&Bake-

Yes, we shot the new course in July. Shooting's all done. We're in editing right now. Still have to do that, build the site for it, and ready the marketing material before we can launch.

The course is not me going around approaching girls on the street or anything like that (we thought about that, but decided against doing that angle for multiple reasons - kills the magic, conspiracy theories about whether it's "real" or "fake", legal issues around can we record this girl and put her into a paid product or not, etc.). It's interview format with one of the senior members (I'll say who once we get closer to launch) from the boards leading me through material from GC + a ton of new stuff, including a completely new model that largely replaces VAC (the guys we've beta tested the new model with all give it some big thumbs up and say it's way simpler than anything else. Guess that's what a year of planning and diving into the research gets you). Meanwhile, we have a few actresses there for our interviewer and me to interact with, demonstrate on, have talk about their experiences, etc.

If you want specific demos of me walking up to a girl, you'll be disappointed (Ross did an article on a few other guys' footage you might want to check out). If you want to see how I deep dive, chase frame, or flirt with a live girl, you'll be happy. Course is in modules; so you get the core system (~5 hours of video for the core system) + bonuses + a free trial month of the main course at purchase (Module 1; ~4 hours of video), and then one module per month for 9 months if you stay subscribed for the entire program (and I think we did a good job of making the entire thing uniquely awesome, informative, and entertaining). The girl I have the better chemistry with you see first in Module 2, where she's basically either testing me or laughing uncontrollably at something I said or did to her for most of the module. It was pretty fun. We left her out of the earlier content though because the first girl is more of a sweetheart, so more of a "girl next door" kind of girl. Figured she'd appeal more to more guys. The girl I click with more is a firecracker, which is my type, but a little more intimidating for more guys, and there's a lot of frame battling between her and me (especially in Modules 3 and 5, which were actually the first two modules we filmed with her, so she was still in her, "Who does this asshole think he is?" phase at that point).

So yes, there are demos coming! We demo pretty much everything up to sex (no sex demos). Even the different types of kiss are demoed (our interviewer selflessly agreed to kiss the girls; I did not want to risk looking like the sleazy boss who takes advantage of his position to make out with the talent, and also didn't want make-out videos of me floating around for obvious girlfriend jealousy reasons). We demo approach invitations, kinds of touch, etc. I demo the different kinds of pulls. You also see me essentially use the material throughout the course, especially when I'm with the girl I have the greater chemistry with (our interviewer actually had really good chemistry with the other girl, so you'll see those two flirting off and on in the other modules too).

We're also going to have reels of outtakes for each module. We cracked a lot of jokes on set, so there were a bunch of times people just couldn't stop laughing and shoot the next question. We could probably do hours of outtakes on that thing, lol. Lots of weird scientists' last names that I'd be trying to cite mid-answer, and everyone would just bust up laughing. Bhagwatwar, names like that. Try saying that on camera when everyone's supposed to be super serious... It's impossible.

@ Harry-

As of right now, I intend to leave Mastery online a little longer after we do the launch.

What we'll most likely do is launch the course and make it available for about 4 or 5 days / 500 seats, and then close it down again, and we'll essentially do a small roll out to the guys who sign up for it and also take any feedback they have to make any tweaks. We'll leave Mastery online in the meantime.

Only once we're ready to make the new course available online full time will we officially retire the Mastery Pick Up Package (as well as Spellbinding, which is part of Mastery).

@ Slay-

I hope so! Was a lot of fun to record, and video's definitely the higher context medium. Plenty of advantages to print though too, and we'll have the books and videos synced up well enough that the books should make for easy references to check back on what's covered in the video without sitting through loads of content again.

Whether it's a good niche or not depends on what your metric for "good" is! It's a high turnover niche... Most of the guys who make money make it selling their time (bootcamps, coaching, etc.), which wears you out after a while. So then guys move to products, but it's hard to make money selling product, and takes a stronger sales / marketing background. So a lot of guys drop out of the business there. The guys who stay in generally make a decent middle class income. Only a handful make "fuck you" money in the pickup niche as offer owners.

The big three in digital marketing are health, wealth, and relationships. Pickup's a sub-niche of the relationship niche. The problem with pickup is it's self help. Most people who buy things want to buy things where it's done for them, or it feels easy. Online dating makes more money than pickup products, because online dating feels like all you have to do is sit down, upload your picture, click a few buttons, and then boom, you get laid. Pickup products you're trying to educate the guy as well as sell to him, and tell him look, it's NOT easy, but this is your best chance at MAKING it easy. That limits the audience for it somewhat.

The conversions on Girls Chase are pretty abysmal. The New York Times gets about 1% of its monthly unique visitor count as subscribers. We get about 1/10th of 1%, or about 10% of that. The recommended email opt-in rate for large sites / blogs is about 2 to 4% of visitors; ours is 0.2% of visitors, or 10% of that. This has been a hard business to run - I've spent much more of my time trying to figure out what we need to do to keep the business alive than I've spent leaning back feeling good about our financial position. Just generally speaking, it's a tough crowd to sell to - mostly young males, who tend to be Internet savvy and resistant to sales messages in general. And many of the guys who are your ideal audience (young and not good with girls yet) also happen to be broke.

You can make it work, and some guys have (and hopefully we will too). But as a niche, it's no cakewalk. Then again, I'm not sure there are so many niches out there that ARE cakewalks. I have pals in dieting and supplements too, and even though there's plenty of money there, it's a tough niche as well (loads of competition).
